Introduction

Diamond H Recognition recognizes the need for appropriate protections and management for information you provide to us. We are committed to the highest standards in protecting and safeguarding your right to privacy while using and interacting with our Web sites. Diamond H Recognition has therefore established this Privacy Policy to assist you in understanding how Diamond H Recognition collects and uses personally identifiable information about our customers collected on the Diamond H Recognition Web sites. By using our Web sites or providing any personal information using our Web sites, you are agreeing to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

While you can access most areas of our Web sites without submitting any personal data, there are certain areas of our sites that request specific personal information including name and e-mail address. Our intent is to allow you as much control as possible over your personal information.

Data Collection Overview

Our server software potentially gathers in log files, general demographic information from all users of our Web sites. For each visitor to the Diamond H Recognition Web sites, our Web server may automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name, browser type, operating system, referring domains, entry page, exit page, and average time on the Web sites. This information is used for internal purposes only in helping us improve our Web sites and helps us understand our visitors' needs.

We may contract with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. We may use the services of marketing companies to help us collect and/or log Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the Diamond H Recognition Web sites, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit. We may use Web beacons and cookies provided by our marketing companies. Cookies are identifiers that can be sent from a Web site via your browser to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Thereafter when you visit a Web site, a message is sent back to the Web server by the browser accessing the Web sites. You may elect not to accept cookies by changing the designated settings on your Web browser. However, not utilizing cookies may prevent you from using certain functions and features of Web sites. The information collected from the use of cookies is used and analyzed to improve our Web sites. We use cookies to personalize the experience of our visitors, provide support to customers, record visitor preferences, provide personalized and specialized content, record session information, track visitor clickstream behavior throughout the Web sites, and customize site content based on your browser type, operating system, and preferences. By gathering such information to supplement our records, we learn things like what pages are most attractive to our visitors, which of our products most interest our customers, and what kinds of offers our customers like to see. Although our marketing companies may log the information coming from our sites on our behalf, we control how that data may and may not be used. If you do not want to help us learn how to improve our site, products, offers and marketing strategy, you can "opt-out" of this Web site analysis tool by disabling your cookie. If you disable your cookie, you may still use our Web sites; however, you may not be able to access certain areas within it.

E-mail Addresses

We do not collect e-mail addresses without the site visitor or client company voluntarily providing us with this information (typically via our online information request form, data file upload, whitepaper request form, and other Web site forms and surveys). We will periodically use your e-mail information for service, sales, support, and marketing purposes. From time to time, we may share your e-mail address with our partner organizations and companies for service, sales, support, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive marketing e-mail from us or our partners in the future, you may opt out as described below.

Safe Harbor

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control which is gathered from our Web sites. We have licensed the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that permits encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name and address. This will make your information unusable in the event of unauthorized third-party interception. We will periodically use your e-mail information for service, sales, support, and marketing purposes. From time to time, we may share your e-mail address with our partner organizations and companies for service, sales, support, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive marketing e-mail from us or our partners in the future, you may opt out as described below. Additionally, we have appropriate security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We store this information in a secure environment at one or more of our service providers. Diamond H Recognition personnel with access to this information have been advised of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of such information and of using it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Other than as expressly described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share, sell, or rent personally identifiable information with anyone outside of Diamond H Recognition, without your prior permission or unless we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) enforce the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Diamond H Recognition, our visitors, or others. The Diamond H Recognition Web sites may provide links to third-party Web sites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Diamond H Recognition Web sites. Diamond H Recognition does not control these third-party sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from Diamond H Recognition'. We do not endorse or make any representations about third party Web sites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the Diamond H Recognition Privacy Policy.

Return/Refund Policy

Gift Cards

Any gift cards that are purchased from Diamond H through any of our websites are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Redemption of points for Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Visa Debit Cards are final sale transactions. Due to the nature of these products, the comprehensive information provided on the catalog website and our excellent customer service, it is rare that any of these products do not meet the recipient's expectations. The no-exchange policy is clearly stated in the web catalog and again at the time of order placement.

What if a gift card, gift certificate or Visa debit card shipment is not received?

We are not responsible for the replacement of gift cards, gift certificates, or Visa debit cards that are not received due to the customer's failure to provide accurate delivery information, including physical addresses and email addresses. Undeliverable mail that is returned to us by the shipper will be held for 30 days. If the customer desires to have us re-send such returned orders, then re-shipping charges may apply. These reshipment fees will be equal to 10% of the order total plus FedEx shipping fees, to be charged to the recipient's point balance.

If an order shipped via UPS, FedEx, overnight express mail or another common carrier has not arrived at the customer/recipient's shipping location within 7 days of the shipment date, Diamond H may cancel and replace such order, provided that the intended recipient submits to us a properly completed form: “Affidavit of Claim for Lost Gift Card or Certificate.” Upon receipt of the affidavit, and provided a balance remains of the gift card(s) or certificate(s), we will initiate a review process. Depending on the outcome of such review, the certificate may or may not be replaced. If replaced because no fraud or abuse is found, then there would be no charges for the replacement. Any “Affidavit of Claim for Lost Gift Card or Certificate” must be received within 60 days of the original order date. To initiate an investigation for a missing shipment, the customer or recipient would call customer service.

Service Award Gifts

Diamond H is proud to offer the industry's best warranty policy. All Diamond H manufactured products are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for life. All other sourced products carry the original manufactures warranty.

Any gift order many be returned for exchange at any time of the item is defective when received and must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Diamond H Customer Service Department about your damaged or defective merchandise at 1-888-332-7110 to request an RGA number and prepaid FedEx shipper label.

We offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If a recipient is not fully satisfied, merchandise may be returned to Diamond H for exchange within 30 days of receipt with no questions asked. We send a PPL for tracking capability when something is being returned and all we require is that the merchandise be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.

What if there is a problem with my service award?

Please contact the Diamond H Recognition Client Services Department about your damaged or defective award. The toll-free number 1-888-332-7110 is provided with all awards. Do not attempt to return an award without contacting the Client Services Department. Client Services will provide you with the information you need to return your gift. Returned items should include a note outlining the specifics of the problem and where the replacement should be shipped. The time it takes to repair an item varies on the product and what is being repaired. Returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.

If you receive an award that has been damaged in shipment, please contact Diamond H immediately. Do not discard any of the shipping materials, as they are needed to file a claim with the shipping company.

What if I want to exchange my award?

If you prefer to exchange your award for another selection, please phone Diamond H Client Services within 30 days of the supervisor's presentation, or receipt at the alternate address. Diamond H will provide you with a document to help you complete the return process. Exchanges after 30 days of the supervisor's presentation or delivery at the alternate address must be cleared through your service award Administrator. Only awards that are in new condition with all original packaging and paperwork can be returned for exchange.

Can I replace my award if it is lost in transit or stolen?

Your award can be replaced upon written approval by your service award administrator.

Notification of Privacy Policy Changes

Diamond H Recognition may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Diamond H Recognition decides to make material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post the changes to our Web sites so that you always will know what information we collect, how it is used, and when and how it will be disclosed. Your use of the Diamond H Recognition Web sites following notice of such change will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, which may include application of the new policy to information provided prior to the date of such change.

Choice/Opt-Out and Updating Information

If you receive marketing or similar e-mail messages from us and wish to opt out of receiving such messages, you may simply follow the opt-out procedure specified in such e-mail. In addition, if you have registered on our site, you may opt out of receiving any future marketing or similar messages by contacting us by regular mail addressed to: Diamond H Recognition, Inc., Attn: VP of Technology, 100 North Rupert Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
